Hands down the best pizzas in town! Bæst is run by Christian Puglisi (who's also behind Relæ), and all charcuterie and cheese is made in house. So good! Don't miss the nduja pizza and burrata starter. Oh, and the sourdoug bread!

Chef Christian Puglisi is a Italo-Norwegian Dane and all of his heritage is clear upon reading the menu. Italian traditional recipes, cheeses and meats are made with local and seasonal ingredients. Milk from the restaurant’s own cows for the cheese making (ever tried fresh mozzarella? Sublime) and a mix of Danish and Italian flour for the pizza. A restaurant that stands as a symbol of an idyllic future of open borders and cultural exchanges.
