Tradition is all around you when visiting this ancient glass pavilion at the border of the Rosenborg Castle garden. But the take brought by chef Jesper Kure brings a fresh state of mind, where the uncompromising menu and service humbly meet today’s modernity. The danish smørrebrød is revisited and the European main courses with a strong French accent pay homage to the architectural influences of the surrounding. The seating is comfortable and the atmosphere enjoyably peaceful, especially when the spring shows its firsts buds and the terrace gets quickly crowded for the 21st century version of the « Déjeuner sur l’herbe ».
