One of my favorite meals in this city of fantastic food. A rich, intimate, warm yet minimal dining room sets the scene for a wonderful tasting menu. The meal is casual in its pace and the food is precise and absolutely delicious. A "don't miss" when in town.

Originally opened by chef Christian Puglisi (now the head chef is Jonathan Tam) and front-of-house head Kim Rossen, Relae delivers a simply perfect contemporary Nordic restaurant experience. Dining in a room which is functional yet cosy, with warm woods and warm lights, serving plates that are so beautiful you may not even want to tuck in. But please do, the simplicity of the ingredients is taken to a superlative level of goodness.
