If you pop by on a Monday night, chances are that you will find some chefs eating here. This is how good this place is. The menu is ever changing with whatever the season, the fields and the sea has to offer. The staff is nice and the customers lively. The wine? Excellent and organic.The chef? Surprise! The current chef, Edward Delling-Williams, is actually British.
