The best way to wake up is to know you have a table booked at Claus. Be it for business or pleasure, breakfast here is something that you wish could become a ritual. Claus realised that in Paris there weren’t places where people could have a big, important breakfast, like in his native Germany so he decided to open his own spot. Excellent.
