Grégory Marchand, chef and owner, has travelled extensively and you can taste it. He got his nickname, Frenchie, from Jamie Oliver when he was working at Fifteen, Jamie’s restaurant in London. He worked at the Mandarin Oriental, at the Gramercy Tavern in Nyc and other places around the globe before returning to his native country and, pretty much, taking over the rue du Nil. His food is surprising and different, yet simple and light. The ambience is the one of a gorgeous contemporary bistro. It never seem to disappoint.
