Simone Tondo was born in Sardinia, he arrived at Racine passing by Cracco in Milan and several illustrious places. Here he fuses traditional Italian ingredients and recipes with local flavours and a pinch of modern flair. The room is cosy and simple but with that French elegance of a brasserie, wooden tables, candles and chairs that do not match.
