Dario Cecchini is a star butcher, featured on the Chef’s table Netflix series, from Tuscany. He is also a partner (and meat provider) of this restaurant. The reflector shines on the meat but the other dishes are really good too and vegetarians won’t be disappointed. The room is that mix of contemporary design and cosy that makes your meal feel extra special.
