Chef Tomori has lived in Italy for five years where he immersed himself into studying Italian cooking and worked under a traditional Mamma kinda cook and a under a Michelin starred chef (Arnolfo). Both influences are clear in his dishes, to which he also applies his Japanese sensibility. The ingredients are mostly local and very well researched. The place is cosy and intimate. Monocle magazine awarded it the first place for the 2016 restaurants awards. Pretty much a must.
