Yoshihisa Otsubo lived in Naples for a few years where not only he learnt all the secrets to a great pizza, but he also studied the way of life and the importance of food for the Neapolitans. He tries and replicate it all in this little venue which once upon a time was a pharmacy. Get more than the pizza, it is all very Italian from start to end.
