Japanese ingredients, Nordic influences and French techniques make for an interesting result. This restaurant of chef Shohei Yasuda and his wife Kiriko Nakamura was eagerly awaited by many. There is one menu that goes with wine or sake pairing, both organic and carefully sourced. Needless to say the room looks perfect, minimal and contemporary with a touch of cosy.
