Björn Frantzén is at the helm of his homonymous restaurant, located in a renovated 19th-century building of three floors. The penthouse has been turned into a sleekly designed lounge area, complete with a terrace where guests can enjoy their aperitifs to an impressive view of Stockholm’s rooftops. Ninety five per cent of the ingredients are locally sourced, most coming from the restaurant’s farm. They are then transformed into surprising works of art and served to the lucky diners in a gorgeous, sleek and cozy, room that hosts only twenty three people. When a meal become one of those experiences you will be talking about forever.
