Hands down the best bar in Zurich. Very possibly the best cocktail bar in Europe. The drinks, service and pared-down interior is truly perfect.

Co-owner and maker of cocktails Kaspar Fenkart came up with this very interesting thing: he mixes the cocktails and let them age in oak barrels for six to eight weeks, a bit like wine. There are many interesting ones to choose from alongside with the traditionals of course. All is to be drunk in the most beautifully designed rooms, Scandinavian accents mixing with old wood panels.
