In a global world of constant contaminations, reinventions and creations it is hard sometimes to find some traditional recipes, especially in a multi cultural city like London. It is even harder to find traditional Italian recipes from the northern regions, but here is where to come if you are looking for such comfort. You can dine on immaculate white tablecloths whilst sipping some great wines and pretend you find yourself somewhere between Turin and Venice.
