As mentioned by a Guardian article here you can eat Britalian: Italian dishes cooked mostly with British ingredients. The result is the best of both worlds. Excellent pasta with local fish, again local fish cooked like they do along the Mediterranean and so on. The head chef, Robert Chambers, passed by the kitchen of Locanda Locatelli. And you can taste it. The ambiance is elegant and calm. A welcome break from hectic London.
