Chef’s Tin Vuong main goal is to take you through an historical journey of Vietnam through his food. What was the food of his home country like before the French colonised it? Try the salt and pepper lobster dish. What was it after? Get the baguette or any of the meat based ones. He changed the traditional recipes ever so slightly in order to make them lighter and more flavourful. You are in for a treat.
