This is the best ramen I had tasted in L.A so far. And most similar taste as real Japanese ramen. It's a bit weird to order it by iPad but I was happy for what I paid to had.

Ryu Isobe is a young Japanese guy who moved to Hawaii at the age of 14. He realised pretty soon he wanted to create a good business and the opportunity presented itself as soon as he realised in LA you could not find a bowl of decent ramen. Now you can, thanks to Ryu and you order via iPad. Which is a little bit like a Tokyo thing to do, we think.
