What a beauty! This was my first thought when the waiter served me a fresh Margarita direct from the traditional wood oven. Most of the ingredients are imported from Italy. If you pass by Silverlake you have to try at the best wood fire creation on earth!!!

Not all of the ingredients are flown in, the ones that aren’t are all carefully sourced locally. Despite some Californian accents, the pizza is true Neapolitan pizza. Rarely found properly done outside of Italy, here you can trust that the pizzaiolo will deliver you the real deal. You can try the pizza or the panuozzo (a sort of sandwich made with pizza dough - more or less) and you will never want to get pizza anywhere else.
