Authentic izakaya across from the Tribeca Grand. Good jazz bar downstairs. Food is hot and miss but prices are cheap so easy to try a few things.

If you come here don’t stop to the food, make sure you select a great bottle (or two) of sake. The bottles all come from small production distilleries, and they do know what they are doing here as one of the guys, Takahiro Okada, used to work at Decibel. The sushi and sashimi changes every day which is of course a great sign. Enjoy.
