Mak Pui Gor used to cook at the Four Seasons in Hong Kong, the three Michelin stars restaurant. He took his skills over here but not the prices. You can dine exceptionally well spending so exceptionally little, but you need to be prepared to queue. You will be handed a piece of paper with your number and when it is up to you, you’ll be called in. You may seat at a table with other people, or on your own, but only after having circled on a menu what you want to eat. Chinese diners say this food is worth dying for.
