Rosio Sanchez was a pastry chef at Noma, she then went on to open her own taqueria and now this. This is a Mexican restaurant with loads of twists. Fusing tradition from another continent with some local ingredients and a room that feels very Scandinavian if it wasn’t for all the tacos and avocados. Kids are welcome, and we think the brunch is perfect for them.
