This is almost a one woman show. Emilie runs almost all of the restaurant by herself. It is a small one with a even smaller menu, there is one main dish per day. The reasons behind the small menu are all very honourable, including the reduction of waste and the possibility of buying the best ingredients without having to rise the prices. The wine is excellent and it goes well in the long winter nights just as much as in the even longer summer ones.
