Head chef Claus Henriksen calls his style “nature conscious”. All the ingredients are local and many come from the grounds of the castle and the nearby forests. Be swooned at the main restaurant or relax a little in the bistro. We suggest you book a stay and try both places as the castle and its surrounding an no short of fairy tale worth it. It will be the experience of a lifetime.
