Basque chef Inaki Aizpitarte is at the helm of this new concept of Parisian dining. Whilst tapas may be rather popular in neighbouring Spain they are still a bit of a novelty here. You can eat these superb little dishes, many prepared with rather unique ingredients, sitting at the white marble counter in a room designed by Rem Koolhaas. When the French do something they never forget the aesthetical side of things, and you won’t be let down here either.
