Hubert Duchenne is young but he trained extensively in some of the best restaurants and under the best chefs. The result is mesmerising dishes that will tick every possible box. Such dishes are served into a room that is meant to feel like an apartment, and it surely does. Therefore you can relax and enjoy the spectacle.
