Five minutes from the Spanish steps, this is an incredible find. A slow food restaurant in a modernist building with a focus on regional cheese. Great for vegetarians or not. Best pecorino of my life.

Forget the traditional look of the typical Osteria. Here a modernist architecture has been used at its full potential to create an interesting space where to try all the most famous Roman dishes. Wine is a must of course and if you want to take some cheese home with you, just go to the counter where you can buy as much as you wish.
