Owner and cocktail maker Koji Ozaki has been in the business for something like 40 years. He curates every little detail, from the fresh flowers, to the cosy atmosphere, to the glassware. He embraces the making of a cocktail like a master of a tea ceremony, no movement is wasted, everything has a purpose. Wear a nice outfit and bring a little Great Gatsby with you, Murakami (the writer) is a regular, and you may be too as it is difficult not to become addicted to the meticulously crafted cocktails which, of course, features no artificial sweetening.
