This is what one would refer to as an oasis in the middle of the desert, only, in this case, it is an oasis of quiet in the middle of the craziness of the medina. Walk up to the terrace to be in the centre of town but still far from it all. Enjoy the gorgeously designed interiors (and exteriors). Whilst feeding yourself with the creations of the kitchen you can feed your soul too, as they support lots of local cooperatives and charities by using, for example, cous cous rolled by local women. Don’t leave town without stopping by.
