Chef Adriaan van Raab van Canstein lived for two years in a smal French village and it can be tasted. He cooks using all the tricks and the recipes he learnt in France adding a little of his own, of course. We think the desserts are to die for, not only the Clafoutis but the Île Flottante is what sweet dreams are made of.
