You can come at any time of the year to eat on the boat and every day you will be served something different. What Elvin Austad cooks is the catch of the day, be it his catch or one of the local fishermen. He also lived in Japan for two years where he studied the philosophy and technique of the kaiseki cuisine which comes through the longer menu. This is the kind of place that should be on everyone’s bucket list. They will cater to vegans or vegetarians too. Every client is treated as its own person and the returning customers will have meals cooked to please their preferences.
