Living in London sometimes means that even elegant restaurants can feel rushed. You won’t find this at Trinity. First of all you may need to take some travel time, as it is located in Clapham, and then the elegant room with crispy, white tablecloths will give you a sense of extended time. The food of chef Adam Byatt is simply perfect. It is contemporary but you will still know what you are eating. Comforting, light and timeless.
