Mr and Mrs Kim plan was not to have a Korean restaurant but an American one. It was the chefs they employed that demanded more of her specialties on the menu. After a short period of training the new menu was created. Now you can find some spin offs of traditional Korean dishes alongside American classics that have been inherited from the previous restaurant. Everyone loves her food so much that the farmers that supply the restaurant are offering to grow new asian vegetables just for her to use.
