Get your coffee at the counter, just like in Italy. If it is morning get a cornetto to go with it, the typical Italian breakfast of caffeine, sugar and carbs. It may not be as healthy as quinoa but it will give you the strength that you need. Here everything will remind you of a Milanese coffee place. The only different thing is the language spoken by the attendees.
