Tsui Wah translates as Evergreen Chinese, the name was given by the founder Mr. Choi Cheung Po in 1967 when the first restaurant stood alone but proud before the big economic boom of the 70’s which would have brought the opening of more and more locations. This well known chain still stands proud today as synonymous of traditional Hing Kong fare. Easy going, fast and yummy.
