Possibly my favourite restaurant in the world. Mitch Tonks' small but perfectly formed, cosy bistro on the quay in Dartmouth serves ridiculously good fish and seafood. For me it's a dinner spot more than a lunch spot but both are excellent. Seating is on leather banquettes in front of the open kitchen. The wine list is extensive but well curated.

Come rain come shine you should head over to Dartmouth to enjoy their spectacular array of fresh and seasonal fish. In addition to the local fish you can find meats that came all the way from Italy, the freshest vegetables all the way from Paris and some special burrata from Andria in Puglia. The restaurant itself is cosy and elegant. Perfect with family, close friends or a romantic date. Building a weekend trip around it is advisable.
