An oasis of peace in the centre of Shoreditch. Set in the old Town Hall, upon entering you will be led into a spartan dining room which is also part kitchen. No table clothes and no silverware, the focus is on the experience. You can admire the chefs at work on your innovative British dishes, although you will soon forget their presence as you will be taken aback by the surprising pairing of ingredients and cooking techniques. A vegetarian and a vegan menu are available, a rare occurrence in these types of establishments.
